Appointments

Assistance with private appointments can be obtained from Nadia Bouras, the private secretary to both Mr Oliver Bowes and Professor Charles Claoué. She is happy to take any queries during normal office hours by telephone on 020 8852 8522 or email eyes@dbcg.co.uk. Faye Cook is the private secretary to Mr Oliver Bowes at the Nuffield Health The Holly Hospital and is available during normal office hours on 07542 727195 or email faye.cook1@outlook.com. Alternatively, the hospitals can be contacted directly.

Appointments are available in Essex at The Spire Hartswood Hospital, Nuffield Health The Holly Hospital or The Spire London East Hospital and London at 22A Harley Street and Medicare Francais. A letter from your general practitioner is not always necessary. If you have a recent spectacle prescription, this would be useful so please bring it with you.

It is easier to book out-patient appointments with the hospitals directly, but the secretariat will be pleased to assist if there are problems.

The exception is that appointments with Professor Claoue at 22A Harley Street should be booked directly with the secretariat.

Information for GPs and Optometrists

We are happy to arrange for Mr Bowes or Professor Claoué to discuss cases with you: please contact the office to arrange a mutually convenient time for a teleconference.

Simple requests for information are also welcome by email.
